Medication for the outing goes to the teacher in charge, labelled with your child’s name and dose — puffers and EpiPens can be carried by your child by arrangement. If my child becomes unwell, or behaves in a way that puts themselves or others at risk, I will be contacted to collect them early, and any costs involved are my responsibility.
The school may need to cancel or alter the outing at short notice, for safety reasons or circumstances beyond its control.
New Star Art does not provide student accident insurance or ambulance cover; ambulance and other medical costs are my responsibility.
